We use Plaid Inc. to facilitate secure connections to your financial institutions. By using our Service to connect your bank accounts, you expressly grant Money Terminal, LLC and Plaid Inc. the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your designated financial institution(s).
Information collected via Plaid may include:
- Account information (account name, type, balance)
- Transaction history (date, merchant, amount, category)
- Account holder information (name associated with accounts)
- Recurring transaction patterns

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

3. AI Sub-Processing and Data Handling
Google Gemini API (AI Sub-Processor)
We use Google LLC's Gemini API (Paid Tier) as a sub-processor to provide AI-powered financial insights, analysis, and recommendations within our Service.
Important Disclosures:
- No Model Training: Your data is NOT used to train, improve, or fine-tune Google's generative AI models. We use the paid API tier which explicitly excludes customer data from training.
- Data Retention by Google: Google may retain input and output data for up to 30 days solely for the purposes of abuse monitoring, safety, and security. After this period, data is deleted in accordance with Google's data retention policies.
- Privacy Tiers: Based on your selected privacy tier within our Service, we control what financial data (if any) is sent to the AI for analysis. You can adjust this in your settings.

5. Do Not Track Disclosure (CalOPPA)

Money Terminal, LLC does NOT honor Do Not Track signals. Because there is no accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not alter our data collection and use practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
